Kick or Punch? Bas Rutten’s roundhouse kick is measured with insane results. A snippet from National Geographics’s Fight Science series. (MMA) NOTE: It is NOT a ‘MMA Kick’, it’s basically a all-round Roundhouse kick with the shin. They were stupid to label it a MMA kick.
