Bonus Clip 2

This is another piece of the meeting I had with UFC Fighter Dustin Hazelett and WKC Coach Eric Ramsey at Jorge Gurgels MMA Gym here in Cincinnati. I discuss a little bit about shoulder position. Dustin has no problem with his body. He is flexible and in amazing condition, but sometimes it’s a matter of conscious effort to put the kettlebell in the right position. I’m sure he could tell me 1000 mistakes I would make in position in Jiu-Jitsu, but these are just a few points with kettlebell technique.Overhead position is probably the biggest problem area and point of concern for safety with kettlebells.
